Cisco Webex Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Cisco Webex Engineer to join our team at Automatic Data Processing (ADP). This role is a key part of our IT Infrastructure team and will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and developing existing and new Cisco Webex environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and experience with Cisco Webex and a passion for providing excellent customer service.The successful candidate will possess a combination of the following qualifications:• 5+ years of experience with Cisco Webex, including implementation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting• Excellent working knowledge of network and system engineering principles and best practices• Proven experience in a customer-facing role providing technical support to end users• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely mannerIf you have a passion for technology and a commitment to providing excellent customer service, we would like to hear from you!
