Cisco Webex Engineer

ADP-Automatic Data Processing is currently searching for a talented and experienced Cisco Webex Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and motivated self-starter with a passion for providing the highest quality of technical support. This person must have a minimum of 3 years of experience with Cisco Webex and working with a large scale IT environment. The individual must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be comfortable working with multiple teams and solutions. We are looking for someone who is eager to gain knowledge and exposure to new technologies, and is able to work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support for Cisco Webex users and ensure optimal performance of the system.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Cisco Webex.
3. Monitor and maintain Cisco Webex environment and system performance.
4. Work with multiple teams to design and implement system solutions.
5. Research and evaluate new technologies and suggest solutions for improved performance.
6. Provide training and guidance to users on the use of Cisco Webex.
7. Develop and maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures.
8. Create and update reports to track system performance.
9. Provide technical support for Webex-related projects.
10. Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.
