Responsibilities:

1. Configure, deploy, and manage Cisco Webex technology.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Cisco Webex and other IT systems.
3. Monitor and evaluate Cisco Webex performance and functionality.
4. Develop and document best practices for using and maintaining Cisco Webex technology.
5. Train and assist other IT professionals in the use of Cisco Webex technology.
6. Provide excellent customer service and communication to clients.
7. Work with other IT professionals to develop and implement new solutions using Cisco Webex technology.
8. Research and stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends.
9. Collaborate with teams on various projects and initiatives.
10. Maintain and update network protocols, including IP, TCP, UDP, and HTTP.
