Cisco Webex Engineer

ADP-Automatic Data Processing is currently seeking an experienced Cisco Webex Engineer to join our talented IT team. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with extensive knowledge of Cisco Webex and a passion for problem-solving. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring reliable delivery of Webex services to our global organization.The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 3-5 years of experience in an IT network engineering role. You should have a strong understanding of networking protocols and architectures, as well as experience with Cisco Webex, Cisco Call Manager, and Cisco Unity. In addition, you should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.If you have a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing a high level of responsiveness and service, then this role could be an excellent fit for you.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide reliable delivery of Webex services to the global organization.
2. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with Webex services.
3. Maintain and configure Cisco Webex, Cisco Call Manager, and Cisco Unity systems.
4. Ensure security and compliance of Webex systems.
5. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth operations.
6. Monitor system performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
7. Develop, implement, and document processes for Webex related activities.
8. Train users on the use of Webex services.
9. Work with vendors and other third parties to ensure timely delivery of services.
10. Stay up to date on the latest technologies and industry trends.
