Business Systems Analyst

ADP-Automatic Data Processing is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT team, the Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for understanding and improving the performance of our company’s business systems. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and systems analysis experience.The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Information Science or a related field. They should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, including experience with enterprise-level systems and software. In addition, the successful candidate should possess superior problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze current business systems and processes to identify areas of improvement
2. Design and develop new systems and processes to improve existing business systems
3. Work collaboratively with IT and business teams to ensure successful implementation of systems and processes
4. Monitor and report on systems performance and usage
5. Evaluate system requirements and ensure they meet customer needs
6. Create and implement test plans and documentation
7. Analyze data and present results to stakeholders
8. Provide technical support and training to users
9. Manage system upgrades and maintenance
10. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and trends in relation to business systems
