  1. Oversee BPO Operations: The BPO District Manager will be responsible for overseeing all BPO operations in the designated location. This includes managing day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operation, and identifying areas for improvement.
  2. Manage BPO Team: The District Manager will be responsible for managing a team of BPO managers and providing leadership, guidance, and support. This includes setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing ongoing training and development.
  3. Drive Business Growth: The primary responsibility of the BPO District Manager is to drive business growth in the designated location. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role In The Bpo Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Bpo Industry Best Practices, Processes, And Technologies.
