  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and success in the designated district.
  2. Lead and manage a team of BPO professionals to achieve company goals and objectives.
  3. Ensure efficient and effective operations within the district, including managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Foster a positive and motivating work environment for employees, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  6. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, including coaching, training, and performance management.
  7. Collaborate with other district managers and company leaders to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competition within the district to inform business decisions.
  10. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and national regulations.
  12. Handle any escalated issues or concerns from clients or team members, resolving them in a timely and effective manner.
  13. Continuously seek out new business opportunities within the district to support growth and expansion.
  14. Prepare and present reports and updates to senior management on district performance and initiatives.
  15. Uphold the company's values and culture, and act as a role model for all team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Bpo Management Or Related Field

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing High-Performing Teams

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Bpo Industry Trends, Best Practices, And Regulatory Requirements.
