Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced BPO District Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our business process outsourcing (BPO) services within a specific district. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong track record of driving results and leading teams.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability of BPO services within the assigned district.
  2. Oversee and manage all BPO operations within the district, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to clients.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients to promote ADP's BPO services and secure new business opportunities.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of BPO professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to drive their performance and development.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to increase client satisfaction and retention.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to develop and execute effective strategies for business growth and client retention.
  7. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve BPO services and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  8. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to BPO services.
  9. Prepare and present regular reports on district performance to senior management, including revenue, expenses, and other key metrics.
  10. Represent ADP at industry events and conferences to promote BPO services and establish thought leadership in the HR and payroll industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Bpo (Business Process Outsourcing) Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Multiple Client Accounts.

  • Strong Understanding Of Bpo Industry Trends And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Problem-Solving Skills.
