
BPO District Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our business process outsourcing (BPO) services within a specific district. - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability of BPO services within the assigned district.
- Oversee and manage all BPO operations within the district, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients to promote ADP's BPO services and secure new business opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a team of BPO professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to drive their performance and development.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to increase client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to develop and execute effective strategies for business growth and client retention.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve BPO services and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to BPO services.
- Prepare and present regular reports on district performance to senior management, including revenue, expenses, and other key metrics.
- Represent ADP at industry events and conferences to promote BPO services and establish thought leadership in the HR and payroll industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Bpo (Business Process Outsourcing) Organization.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Multiple Client Accounts.
Strong Understanding Of Bpo Industry Trends And Best Practices.
