We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division. As a District Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the operations of our BPO teams in your assigned district.   1. Oversee and manage the operations of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) teams in the assigned district.
  2. Drive results and ensure the achievement of business goals and targets.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention.
  4. Cultivate strong client relationships through regular communication and providing exceptional service.
  5. Mentor and lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  7. Collaborate with other district managers and cross-functional teams to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify potential business opportunities and ways to enhance services.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  10. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Bpo Industry, With At Least 2 Years In A Managerial Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Achieving Business Targets And Objectives.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Bpo Processes, Technology, And Industry Trends, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
