You will be responsible for developing and administering our employee benefits, ensuring that our employees have access to the best options to meet their needs. Responsibilities of a Benefits Specialist: • Develop and administer employee benefits programs to ensure employees have access to the best options to meet their needs • Monitor and analyze employee benefits trends to identify potential cost savings • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee benefits • Work with vendors and insurance companies to ensure the best benefits options are available to employees • Prepare and analyze reports on employee benefit programs • Respond to inquiries and provide advice regarding employee benefits • Assist with the development of employee benefit communications • Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements and regulations • Manage employee benefit data in the HRIS system • Develop training materials and conduct employee benefits training • Participate in open enrollment activities • Lead special projects related to employee benefits programs • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
