We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating employee benefit programs to ensure they align with our company's goals and objectives.   1. Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of current employee benefit programs to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in benefits administration to make informed recommendations for program enhancements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and information necessary for evaluating benefit programs and making strategic decisions.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with benefit vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of benefits to employees.
  5. Continuously monitor benefit plans to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of benefit programs and make data-driven recommendations for program enhancements.
  7. Prepare and present reports and presentations on benefit program performance and recommendations to senior management.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for employees regarding benefit plans, eligibility, and enrollment processes.
  9. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement communication strategies to effectively communicate benefit offerings to employees.
  10. Participate in the design and implementation of new benefit programs, including conducting cost-benefit analyses and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  11. Conduct training and education sessions for HR and management staff on benefit programs and changes to policies and procedures.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to benefit programs and employee enrollment and eligibility.
  13. Ensure a high level of confidentiality and data integrity when handling sensitive employee information related to benefit programs.
  14. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to benefit plans, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies to enhance the overall employee experience with benefit programs.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Benefits Analysis Or Administration

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Employee Benefits

  • Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
