  3. Monitor and analyze district sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
  4. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform district strategy.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  6. Lead and motivate district team members to achieve sales targets and meet company goals.
  7. Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve their performance and develop their skills.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to align strategies and achieve overall company objectives.
  9. Prepare and present reports and presentations on district performance to upper management.
  10. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products to accurately represent the organization to clients and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field
