Associate District Manager

Responsibilities: • Provide support to District Sales Managers to help them reach their sales goals and objectives. • Analyze sales performance data and identify potential areas of improvement. • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance. • Monitor customer service levels and ensure they are meeting company standards. • Monitor and assess team performance and provide feedback and guidance as needed. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. • Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve any issues that arise. • Remain up-to-date on product and industry trends. • Prepare reports and present findings to management. • Assist with training new team members. • Participate in team meetings and provide input and feedback. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
