Job Description

At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we are looking for a hardworking, organized, and detail-oriented Associate District Manager to join our team and provide support to our district team. This position will be responsible for working closely with District Sales Managers to help them reach their goals and objectives, and to ensure that the team is well-prepared to meet customer needs.The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, as well as prior experience in sales and/or management. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Responsibilities: • Provide support to District Sales Managers to help them reach their sales goals and objectives. • Analyze sales performance data and identify potential areas of improvement. • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance. • Monitor customer service levels and ensure they are meeting company standards. • Monitor and assess team performance and provide feedback and guidance as needed. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. • Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve any issues that arise. • Remain up-to-date on product and industry trends. • Prepare reports and present findings to management. • Assist with training new team members. • Participate in team meetings and provide input and feedback. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
