  1. Lead a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed district sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth in the assigned district.
  3. Provide guidance and support to sales associates to help them achieve their individual goals.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Train and develop sales associates on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  7. Collaborate with other district managers and senior leadership to share best practices and drive overall company success.
  8. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating strong leadership skills and a results-driven mindset.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competition to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the game.
  10. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to sales associates to foster their professional growth.
  11. Travel within the assigned district to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  12. Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  13. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and proactively pursue them.
  14. Represent the company's brand and values in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Act as a liaison between the sales team and senior leadership, providing updates and recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Sales, Account Management, Or Customer Service.
