Associate District Manager

1. Lead and manage a team of Account Managers to drive sales of ADP’s product offerings in the assigned district.

3. Monitor and manage the performance of the Account Managers to ensure sales targets are achieved.
4. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
5. Provide coaching and mentorship to Account Managers to ensure success.
6. Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on products and services.
7. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
8. Develop strategies to increase customer engagement.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action.
