Associate - Application Developer

At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we are seeking a motivated and innovative Associate - Application Developer to join our team and help develop and enhance applications that meet our customers’ needs. Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field • At least one year of experience in application development and/or software engineering • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and/or web-based development concepts • Ability to develop and debug complex applications and databases • Ability to work in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices, as well as experience with development tools and frameworks • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks • Experience with source control systems and bug tracking systems • Ability to understand customer requirements and produce results accordingly • Familiarity with development methodologies
