- Manage a portfolio of clients and their employee benefits needs.
- Provide exceptional service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize knowledge of ADP-Automatic Data Processing products and services to effectively address client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns with clients, offering solutions and recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze client data to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling of ADP products and services.
- Stay current on industry trends and changes in employee benefits to provide informed guidance and support to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Represent ADP at networking events and conferences to promote and build brand awareness.
- Conduct regular reviews and presentations with clients to provide updates on their benefits package and address any questions or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the client experience.
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices to drive overall team success.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Employee Benefits Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Benefits Products And Services, Including Health Insurance, Retirement Plans, And Hr Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
