As a Triage Engineer, you will work in an environment where you are being trained as an engineer by digging into the problems that Tier-1 and Tier-2 support aren’t able to solve. Triage Reporting issues that are unable to resolved by Tier-1 and Tier-2 support staff supplying a Will Fix / Won’t Fix determination. Provide training and documentation to Tier-1 and Tier-2 Support Technicians. Own the Response and Resolution SLAs for Legacy Reporting issues. Update tickets in Hub with your findings. Work with on-call engineers, when necessary, to resolve issues. Maintain updated documentation of common triage steps.
