
Trading Analyst
Service multiple strategic accounts within residing region through direct client interaction and internal partnership. Conduct data analysis across Adobe Ad Cloud and Analytics to build optimization strategies and develop solutions for sophisticated campaigns. Proactively determine and resolve pacing and performance fluctuations for accounts within pod. Accurately recognize and communicate critical client issues with immediate team and cross-functional leaders. Primary contributor of self-service office hours; ensure campaigns are set up for success and support clients with troubleshooting needs Proactively identify client training and product needs; work with internal partners to devise and provide solutions. Supervise client and internal trader activity and provide consultative services to ensure both teams use the platform successfully and improve their results.
Past experience working for or with a DSP, Account or Campaign Management experience preferred
Previous client facing experience a plus, but not required
Experience with campaign activation methodologies and a strong understanding of how to guide customers to achieve goals and deliver ad dollars to key performance metrics
