Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement talent development strategies and programs to ensure successful employee growth and development.
2. Create and manage performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting their goals and objectives.
3. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive employee engagement and foster a people-first culture.
4. Monitor trends and best practices in the talent development field and recommend changes as needed.
5. Provide feedback and guidance to managers and employees on their development needs.
6. Organize and facilitate onboarding and training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
7. Design and execute employee recognition programs.
8. Analyze data to measure the impact of talent development initiatives.
