  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and customer interactions.
  12. Attend sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions to continually improve sales skills and knowledge.
  13. Keep track of market competition and provide feedback to the team to improve sales strategies.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  15. Proactively identify and report any issues or concerns to the sales manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Adobe Products: A Support Plan Product Sales Specialist At Adobe Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of All Adobe Products And Services, Including Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, And Experience Cloud. They Should Also Have A Deep Knowledge Of The Latest Updates And Features Of These Products.

  • Sales Experience: This Role Requires A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Software Or Technology Industry. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
