Strong Project Management Skills: A Strategic Vendor Program Manager At Adobe Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects And Programs. This Includes The Ability To Develop Project Plans, Set Timelines And Milestones, And Effectively Communicate Progress To Stakeholders.
Experience In Vendor Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Vendor Management, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Vendor Landscape And Be Able To Effectively Negotiate And Manage Vendor Contracts.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: As The Primary Point Of Contact For All Vendor-Related Issues, The Strategic Vendor Program Manager Should Have Strong Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills. They Should Be Able To Identify Potential Risks And Develop Contingency Plans To Mitigate Them.
