  1. Develop and implement strategic partnerships with vendors to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
  2. Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with company goals and values.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic vendor programs.
  4. Monitor vendor performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  5. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the vendor landscape and industry trends.
  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize vendor needs and requirements.
  8. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new vendors and evaluate existing vendors.
  9. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of vendor programs.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the vendor management process.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize vendor management processes.
  13. Communicate updates and progress on vendor programs to senior leadership.
  14. Manage vendor budgets and expenses to maximize return on investment.
  15. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in vendor management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Project Management Skills: A Strategic Vendor Program Manager At Adobe Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects And Programs. This Includes The Ability To Develop Project Plans, Set Timelines And Milestones, And Effectively Communicate Progress To Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Vendor Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Vendor Management, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Vendor Landscape And Be Able To Effectively Negotiate And Manage Vendor Contracts.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: As The Primary Point Of Contact For All Vendor-Related Issues, The Strategic Vendor Program Manager Should Have Strong Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills. They Should Be Able To Identify Potential Risks And Develop Contingency Plans To Mitigate Them.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Communication With Both Internal Stakeholders And External Vendors. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With All Parties Involved.

  • Knowledge Of Business Operations And Financial Management: The Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Business Operations And Financial Management Principles. They Should Be Able To Analyze Data, Identify Cost-Saving Opportunities, And Make Strategic Decisions That Align With Adobe's Business Goals.
