  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and success in the Asia-Pacific region.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Adobe's market reach.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and their needs.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and effective sales strategies.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  7. Present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and maintain a deep understanding of the APAC market.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Adobe, representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
  11. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.
  12. Proactively solve problems and address any issues that may arise during the pursuit of new business.
  13. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress to management.
  14. Continuously improve and optimize sales strategies to achieve maximum results.

Job Qualifications
  • Relevant Education And Experience In Strategic Sales Or Business Development: A Strong Background In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Apac Region, Is Essential For A Strategic Pursuit Specialist At Adobe. This Includes A Relevant Degree Or Diploma In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field, As Well As Several Years Of Experience In A Similar Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: As A Strategic Pursuit Specialist, You Will Be Responsible For Building Relationships With Potential Clients And Partners, And Negotiating Deals And Contracts. Therefore, Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Apac Market: Adobe Is A Global Company, But The Apac Region Is A Key Market For Its Products And Services. A Strategic Pursuit Specialist Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Market Trends, Customer Needs, And Competitive Landscape In The Apac Region To Identify New Business Opportunities And Develop Effective Strategies.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales And Partnerships: Adobe Values Results-Driven Individuals Who Have A Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Developing Successful Partnerships.
