  1. Develop and implement strategic partnership plans with key customers to drive business growth and ensure customer success.
  2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as their main point of contact with Adobe.
  3. Conduct regular meetings and communication with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop and execute partnership strategies that align with Adobe's overall business objectives.
  5. Monitor and track partnership performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
  6. Identify new partnership opportunities and potential areas for expansion within existing partnerships.
  7. Negotiate terms and agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  8. Stay current on industry and market trends, as well as competitor activities, to inform partnership strategies and identify potential risks or opportunities.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Adobe, promoting our products and services to customers and representing the company in a professional manner.
  10. Continuously review and improve partnership processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
