- Designing and optimizing the employee experience within Adobe's GenStudio platform.
- Utilizing data and insights to drive continuous improvements to the employee experience.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand user needs.
- Creating impactful design solutions that meet the needs of employees.
- Conducting user research and testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Developing and maintaining design guidelines and standards for the GenStudio platform.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in employee experience design.
- Working closely with the GenStudio Analytics & Insights team to ensure alignment and integration of design solutions.
- Communicating design ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders and team members.
- Prioritizing and managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Identifying and resolving design issues and challenges.
- Collaborating with developers to ensure design solutions are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Mentoring and guiding junior designers on the team.
- Continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve the employee experience within the GenStudio platform.
- Representing the GenStudio Analytics & Insights team in cross-functional meetings and presentations.
Bachelor's Degree In Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or A Related Field.
3+ Years Of Experience In User Experience Design, Preferably In A Software Or Technology Company.
Proven Experience In Designing Intuitive And User-Friendly Interfaces For Complex Data And Analytics Platforms.
Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies, With The Ability To Conduct User Research And Usability Testing.
Proficiency In Design Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite And Sketch, As Well As Prototyping Tools Such As Invision Or Figma.
