
Sr. Solution Customer Success Manager
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Solution Customer Success Manager to join our team at Adobe. Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships with Adobe clients.
- Develop and implement customized customer success plans to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Adobe products.
- Monitor customer usage and engagement of Adobe products to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to Adobe products and services.
- Identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions to address their requirements.
- Liaise with other internal teams to ensure customer requests and issues are addressed promptly.
- Provide training and support to customers on the use of Adobe products.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and materials related to customer success initiatives.
- Collaborate with other customer success managers to share best practices.
- Create and distribute customer success metrics and performance reports.
