- Lead a team of project managers to ensure successful delivery of global projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and implement project management processes and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, proactively taking measures to address them.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
