Adobe is looking for an experienced and motivated Sr. Customer Success Manager Media & Entertainment to join our amazing team! In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to drive customer success and help shape the future of Adobe’s Media & Entertainment industry. We’re looking for someone who brings a strong passion for customer success, sound judgment, and the ability to articulate the value of our products and services to our customers. We want you to be the face of our company and the voice of our customers.The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of the Media & Entertainment industry. You should also have exceptional communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers. A bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of customer success experience (preferably in the Media & Entertainment industry) is required.If you’re ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role and become part of a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
