  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Army community, including senior leadership, decision-makers, and influencers.
  2. Proactively identify opportunities for growth within existing Army accounts and develop strategic account plans to drive revenue and market share.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of Army clients.
  4. Act as the main point of contact for all Army accounts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through regular communication and follow-up.
  5. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities.
  6. Lead and coordinate sales presentations and proposals, clearly articulating the value proposition of Adobe's products and services to Army clients.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales data to track progress against sales targets and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Represent Adobe at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and build relationships with potential Army clients.
  9. Mentor and coach other team members on effective sales techniques and best practices for account management within the Army market.
  10. Continuously strive to enhance the overall customer experience and foster a culture of innovation within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Sales And Account Management: A Sr. Army Account Director At Adobe Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Sales And Account Management, With A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role.
