  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Adobe's products and services, including their technical capabilities and how they can be leveraged to meet client needs.
  2. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to understand client requirements and objectives, and develop strategic solutions to address them.
  3. Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations for clients, showcasing the value and benefits of Adobe products.
  4. Act as a technical advisor to clients, providing guidance and recommendations on how to best utilize Adobe products to achieve their business goals.
  5. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in technology, and proactively identify opportunities for incorporating them into client solutions.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering, to provide feedback and insights from client interactions.
  7. Participate in the development and implementation of training and educational materials for clients, helping them maximize the use of Adobe products.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on Adobe products, providing support to sales and account management teams during client meetings and presentations.
  9. Conduct research and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization in client solutions.
  10. Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing ongoing support and solutions to ensure their satisfaction with Adobe products.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes and procedures related to client solutions.
  12. Represent Adobe at industry events and conferences, showcasing our products and services and networking with potential clients.
  13. Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to support their development and growth.
  14. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Adobe products to existing clients.
  15. Uphold Adobe's values of innovation, collaboration, and customer success in all interactions with clients and team members.

Job Qualifications
