Solutions Architect- AEP

1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) product and its capabilities.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet the business needs of clients using AEP.
3. Act as a subject matter expert for AEP, providing guidance and support to both internal teams and clients.
4. Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using AEP.
5. Create and present technical proposals and recommendations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of AEP.
6. Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for AEP implementation and integration.
7. Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in the AEP product to ensure optimal use and application for clients.
8. Assist in the pre-sales process by conducting product demonstrations and providing technical expertise to potential clients.
9. Work closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery of AEP solutions, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
10. Act as a liaison between the AEP development team and clients, providing feedback and recommendations for product improvements.
11. Participate in training and knowledge sharing sessions to educate internal teams on AEP and its capabilities.
12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to AEP implementation and integration.
13. Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing ongoing support and solutions using AEP.
