  1. Develop and execute creative and engaging social media campaigns that align with Adobe's brand message and marketing objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and impactful social media content that highlights Adobe's products and capabilities.
  3. Create visually appealing and high-quality designs for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
  4. Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to ensure Adobe's campaigns remain relevant and effective.
  5. Work with the marketing team to develop a cohesive visual identity for Adobe's social media presence.
  6. Conceptualize and pitch new ideas for social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  7. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  8. Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers to ensure the timely delivery of social media assets.
  9. Continuously monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to inform future campaign strategies.
  10. Maintain a deep understanding of Adobe's products and services to effectively communicate their value through social media.
  11. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and creative team culture.
  12. Uphold Adobe's brand standards and guidelines in all social media designs and campaigns.
  13. Proactively identify and address any design or technical issues that may arise during the execution of social media campaigns.
  14. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  15. Represent Adobe at industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Creative Role, Preferably In Social Media Or Advertising.

  • Proficient In Adobe Creative Suite, Specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, And Indesign.

  • Strong Understanding Of Social Media Platforms And Trends, With A Portfolio Showcasing Successful Social Media Campaigns.
