  1. Collect and analyze data from various social media platforms to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
  2. Develop and maintain regular reporting on social media performance, including key metrics and KPIs, to provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
  3. Create and implement strategies to optimize social media performance based on data-driven insights.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with business objectives.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in social media algorithms to inform social media strategy.
  6. Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner.
  7. Monitor and track competitor social media activity and provide insights to inform our own strategy.
  8. Identify and recommend new tools and technologies to improve social media analytics and reporting.
  9. Train and educate team members on social media analytics best practices and tools.
  10. Work closely with marketing, communications, and sales teams to ensure social media efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
  11. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and measure social media success metrics.
  12. Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners related to social media analytics and insights.
  13. Develop and present regular reports and presentations to senior management on social media performance and insights.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve social media measurement methodologies and processes.
  15. Lead and mentor a team of social media analysts to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of insights and reports.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Social Media Analytics And Insights

  • Proficient In Social Media Monitoring Tools And Platforms, Such As Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, And Hootsuite

  • Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Provide Actionable Insights

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Findings And Recommendations To Various Stakeholders.
