4. Develop and implement processes for continuous improvement and quality assurance.
5. Monitor and analyze product quality data and trends and provide recommendations and feedback to stakeholders.
6. Develop and maintain customer feedback systems to track customer satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with product teams to ensure product quality is maintained throughout the development process.
8. Ensure product quality by conducting regular inspections and audits.
9. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in quality management.
10. Train and mentor team members on quality assurance processes and best practices.
