  1. Develop and implement strategic internal communication programs to engage and connect employees across the organization.
  2. Lead and manage a team responsible for executing internal communication initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
  4. Create and maintain a strong internal community by fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
  5. Develop and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in internal communications to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
  7. Manage budgets and resources efficiently to achieve desired outcomes.
  8. Act as a liaison between leadership and employees to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  9. Develop and deliver engaging content, including written, visual, and video, to convey key messages.
  10. Identify opportunities for employee engagement and recognition programs.
  11. Manage crisis communications and provide support during times of change or uncertainty.
  12. Serve as a mentor and leader to team members, providing guidance and opportunities for growth.
  13. Collaborate with external partners, such as agencies or vendors, to support internal communication efforts.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to share best practices and promote our internal communication initiatives.
  15. Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide communication strategies and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In A Program Management Role, Preferably In Internal Communications And Community Development.

  • Strong Understanding Of Internal Communications Strategies And Tactics, With Proven Success In Implementing And Managing Complex Programs.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Experience In Managing And Developing A Team, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate Team Members To Achieve Program Goals.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Stakeholders And Cross-Functional Teams, Both Internally And Externally.
