  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for Adobe's business models, including identifying new revenue opportunities and optimizing existing models.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive landscape, and use this information to inform business model strategy.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and product development to ensure alignment and execution of business model strategy.
  4. Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of existing business models and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  5. Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and acquisition opportunities that align with Adobe's business model strategy.
  6. Lead the development and implementation of innovative business models to drive growth and profitability.
  7. Communicate business model strategy and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing clear and concise presentations and reports.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in business model strategy to continuously improve and evolve Adobe's approach.
  9. Mentor and provide guidance to junior product managers, fostering a culture of growth and development within the team.
  10. Collaborate with product teams to ensure business model considerations are incorporated into product design and development.
  11. Proactively identify and address potential risks and challenges to business model strategy, developing contingency plans as needed.
  12. Represent Adobe at industry events and conferences, showcasing our business model innovation and thought leadership.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business models, making adjustments and updates as needed to stay ahead of market trends and customer needs.
  14. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the business model strategy team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products In The Software Industry.
