- Develop and drive the overall strategy for the Experience Platform Data Service, in line with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the development and delivery of innovative data solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product roadmap.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback to continuously improve the data service offering.
- Define and track key performance metrics for the data service, and use data to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.
