  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches and updates.
  3. Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product decisions.
  4. Identify and prioritize key features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
  5. Define and track product metrics to measure success and inform future product iterations.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of product managers to ensure alignment and consistency across products.
  7. Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  8. Manage product budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  10. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  11. Act as a spokesperson for the product, representing it to external audiences such as customers, partners, and media.
  12. Continuously gather feedback from customers and incorporate it into product planning and development.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in product development and updates.
  14. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to executive leadership on product direction and investment.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Product Strategy And Roadmap Development, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products In A Competitive Market.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Software Development Lifecycle, Including Agile Methodologies, And Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams Such As Engineering, Design, And Marketing.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Data-Driven Decision Making And Ability To Use Analytics And Market Insights To Inform Product Strategy And Drive Business Growth.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels, Including Executives, Customers, And Team Members. Experience In Managing And Mentoring A Team Of Product Managers Is Highly Desirable.
