  1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to support Adobe's marketing initiatives and drive business growth.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sourcing professionals to execute sourcing plans and achieve objectives.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential vendors and negotiate contracts with them.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure effective and efficient sourcing processes.
  6. Monitor and analyze sourcing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and procurement to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
  8. Manage vendor relationships and performance to ensure timely delivery of high-quality goods and services.
  9. Prepare and present sourcing reports and updates to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  10. Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure sourcing activities are in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  11. Develop and manage sourcing budgets to optimize costs and achieve cost savings targets.
  12. Train and mentor junior sourcing professionals to build a high-performing team.
  13. Collaborate with global sourcing teams to leverage best practices and drive consistency across regions.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Represent Adobe in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and expand sourcing networks.
