We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to join our team as the head of Change & Release Management. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the change and release management process for all of our products and applications. We are seeking a highly organized and strategic leader with a strong understanding of software development and release cycles.   1. Develop and implement change and release management policies and procedures for all Adobe products and applications.
  2. Oversee the entire change and release management process, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  3. Lead a team of change and release management professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of software releases.
  5. Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to change and release management.
  6. Monitor and analyze release metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  7. Work closely with development and quality assurance teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of software releases.
  8. Communicate and coordinate release schedules with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in change and release management.
  10. Continuously evaluate and optimize the change and release management process to increase efficiency and quality.
  11. Develop and maintain documentation related to change and release management processes and procedures.
  12. Prepare and present reports on release management activities and performance to senior management.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the change and release management team.
  14. Collaborate with other senior leaders to align change and release management processes with company goals and objectives.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Adobe's values and culture in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Change And Release Management: A Senior Manager In This Role At Adobe Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Change And Release Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Change And Release Processes.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Project Management Skills To Oversee The End-To-End Change And Release Process, From Planning And Implementation To Monitoring And Reporting. This Includes The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Software Development Lifecycle: A Thorough Understanding Of The Software Development Lifecycle And Its Associated Processes Is A Must For This Role. The Senior Manager Should Have Experience In All Stages Of The Lifecycle, Including Requirements Gathering, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, And Maintenance.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities: As A Senior Leader, The Candidate Must Have Exceptional Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Communicate Change And Release Plans, And Drive Process Improvement Initiatives.

  • Technical Expertise: The Senior Manager Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Familiar With Various Software Development Tools And Technologies, Such As Agile, Devops, And Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (Ci/Cd) Pipelines. Experience With Adobe's Products And Services Is Also Highly Desirable.
