  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and communicate changes and releases effectively to all relevant parties.

  6. Monitor and report on the progress of change and release activities, providing regular updates to senior management.
  7. Continuously evaluate and improve change and release processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in change and release management, and incorporate them into the company's processes.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on change and release management, providing guidance and training to other teams as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Change And Release Management: A Senior Manager In This Role At Adobe Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Managing And Implementing Changes And Releases In A Complex Software Development Environment. This Includes Experience In Creating And Executing Change Management Strategies, Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams, And Leading Successful Releases.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team And Working With Various Stakeholders Across The Organization. Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Leadership, Communication, And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage And Collaborate With Different Teams And Drive Successful Change And Release Management Processes.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Agile Methodologies: Adobe Follows An Agile Approach To Software Development, And The Senior Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Agile Principles And Methodologies. They Should Be Familiar With Tools Such As Jira, Agile Central, Or Tfs And Have Experience In Managing Agile Backlogs, Sprint Planning, And Retrospectives.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Process Improvements: The Senior Manager Should Have A Track Record Of Identifying And Implementing Process Improvements To Optimize The Change And Release Management Process. This Includes Continuously Evaluating And Refining Existing Processes To Increase Efficiency, Reduce Risks, And Improve Overall Quality.

  • Strong Technical Background: While The Senior Manager Will Primarily Be Responsible For Managing The Change And Release Process, Having A Strong Technical Background Is Essential In Understanding The Software Development Lifecycle And The Impact Of Changes And Releases On The Product.
