
Senior Manager, Change & Release Management

- Develop and implement change and release management strategies and processes to ensure successful and efficient software and system deployments.
- Lead and manage a team of change and release management professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute all changes and releases, including identifying dependencies and potential risks.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing current processes and identifying areas for improvement, implementing changes, and measuring results.
- Develop and maintain change and release calendars, ensuring all changes and releases are scheduled and communicated effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to change and release management.
- Monitor and track the progress of changes and releases, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Communicate with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to ensure a smooth and seamless deployment process.
- Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for change and release management processes.
- Stay current with industry best practices and trends related to change and release management, and make recommendations for improvements to existing processes.
- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the change and release process, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
Extensive Experience In Change And Release Management: A Senior Manager In This Role At Adobe Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Change And Release Management Processes, Including Experience In Managing Complex Change Initiatives And Releases In A Large Organization.
Strong Project Management Skills: The Role Requires Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan And Coordinate Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Manage Budgets And Resources, And Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Leadership And Team Management Experience: A Senior Manager In This Position At Adobe Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing Teams, Including Setting Goals, Providing Direction And Guidance, And Conducting Performance Evaluations.
