  4. Lead and manage global marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of Adobe's products and services.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and customers.
  7. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in global marketing efforts.
  8. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of go-to-market strategies.
  9. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in global marketing and growth strategies.
  11. Present strategies and results to senior management and make recommendations for future initiatives.
  12. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment of go-to-market strategies with sales objectives.
  13. Manage budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve global growth targets.
  14. Identify and address any potential risks or challenges in global expansion efforts.
  15. Represent Adobe at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.
