1. Provide expert guidance and support to employees and leaders regarding employee relations issues.
2. Develop and implement strategies to maintain a positive and inclusive work culture.
3. Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
4. Investigate and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
5. Develop and conduct employee relations trainings for managers and employees.
6. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to address employee relations concerns.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with external resources, such as legal counsel, to assist with complex employee relations issues.
8. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving employee satisfaction.
9. Provide support and guidance during organizational changes and restructuring.
10. Act as a mediator in conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
11. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
12. Proactively identify potential employee relations issues and develop strategies to prevent them.
13. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and promote a culture of respect and acceptance.
14. Use excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with employees and leaders at all levels.
15. Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with the HR team and other departments.
16. Continuously evaluate and improve employee relations processes and procedures.
