5. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR business partners, legal counsel, and management.
6. Analyze employee relations data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive solutions.
7. Conduct trainings and workshops on employee relations topics to educate and empower employees and managers.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in employee relations and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
11. Support and contribute to the overall HR strategy and goals of the organization.
12. Mentor and provide guidance to junior HR team members on employee relations matters.
