- Develop and implement employee relations strategies and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on employment laws, company policies, and procedures related to employee relations.
- Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, and performance management.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR business partners, legal counsel, and management.
- Analyze employee relations data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive solutions.
- Conduct trainings and workshops on employee relations topics to educate and empower employees and managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in employee relations and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support and contribute to the overall HR strategy and goals of the organization.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior HR team members on employee relations matters.
