  1. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with distribution channel accounts to drive revenue and market share for Adobe.
  2. Create and implement strategic plans to maximize sales and growth opportunities within the channel.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at partner companies to ensure their success and satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives.
  5. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
  6. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to partners to improve sales and marketing efforts.
  7. Identify and onboard new distribution channel partners to expand Adobe's reach and market share.
  8. Work closely with internal sales teams to ensure efficient and effective communication and collaboration with channel partners.
  9. Develop and deliver sales presentations, trainings, and resources to support partners in selling Adobe's products and services.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates on channel sales performance, market trends, and partner activities to senior management.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in channel management and share knowledge with the team.
  12. Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for distribution channel sales.
  13. Monitor and ensure compliance with partner agreements and contracts.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with partners to strengthen long-term partnerships.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve channel management processes and strategies to drive growth and success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Channel Sales Or Account Management In The Software Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large Distribution Channel Accounts And Achieving Sales Targets.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Channel Partners.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Distribution Channel Strategies And Trends, As Well As Experience In Developing And Executing Channel Marketing Plans.
