  1. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to improve and optimize accounting operations globally.
  2. Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for decision making.
  7. Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end close processes.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulatory agencies.
  9. Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and industry best practices, implementing changes and updates as needed.
  10. Identify and mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and provide financial expertise.
  12. Drive a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement within the accounting team.
  13. Represent the company in a professional manner at industry events and conferences.
  14. Manage and oversee budgets and financial forecasts.
  15. Handle any other duties or projects as assigned by senior leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Senior Level Financial Management And Operations, With At Least 10 Years In A Similar Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Accounting Principles And Practices, With A Cpa Designation Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Large Team, Including Hiring, Training, And Performance Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Advanced Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With The Ability To Make Strategic Decisions And Drive Process Improvements.
