At Adobe, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Success Manager High Tech & Manufacturing. This person will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, providing strategic guidance on product usage, and driving adoption and success. The ideal candidate for this role will have a demonstrated track record of success in customer success management, be highly organized, and have a passion for technology and manufacturing.The Senior Customer Success Manager will be a key member of an experienced team and will be responsible for helping to ensure our customers have a great experience with Adobe products. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of customer success management, possess strong problem solving skills, and have a “people first” approach to managing customers. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to effectively manage customer relationships, and have a passion for technology and manufacturing.
