Job Description

Adobe is looking for a highly motivated Senior Campaign Manager who is ready to take on the challenge of managing and executing complex campaigns to drive customer engagement, adoption, and loyalty. If you have a track record of successful campaigns and a passion for driving customer success, we want to hear from you!As a Senior Campaign Manager at Adobe, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of integrated campaigns across multiple channels. You'll be part of a team that is responsible for creating innovative customer experiences that drive engagement and loyalty.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a campaign management role. You should have a strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, customer segmentation, and marketing automation. You must have excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of Adobe’s products and services and the ability to articulate how they can be used to create successful campaigns.If you have the qualifications and are eager to join an innovative team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  2. Create innovative customer experiences that drive engagement and loyalty.
  3. Manage and execute complex campaigns to drive customer engagement, adoption, and loyalty.
  4. Utilize customer lifecycle marketing, customer segmentation, and marketing automation.
  5. Manage multiple projects at once.
  6. Have a strong understanding of Adobe’s products and services and the ability to articulate how they can be used to create successful campaigns.
  7. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and make adjustments as necessary.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  9. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.
  10. Develop reports that effectively measure campaign success.
