Job Description

Seeking an experienced professional with a detailed understanding of resource management, external partner/contingent workforce management, and standard methodologies within a professional services organization. Executes and maintains resource assignments and scheduling in the Professional Services Automation tools. Supports the Project Management Office by matching supply and demand for project resources. Enter & validate the availability of resources for current project work, measuring and reporting variance from the pre-published project plans and allocations. Provides accurate and timely reports and analysis covering resource demand and availability, labor forecasting, and partner/subcontractor usage. Proactively identifies resourcing issues and makes recommendations for resolution. Collaborates with the services delivery manager to identify the team capacity plan.

  • Experience working with resource management tools & modules such as Salesforce PSA
